Suitable for refurbishment projects, the flat-pack pod system provides an efficient and economical means of installing a manufactured bathroom into an existing structure. Minimal site operations are required to connect the completely finished wall, floor and ceiling panels.
All mechanical and electrical installations are pre-tested prior to leaving the manufacturing facility. All installations are compliance with the latest BS regulations. Every bathroom and kitchen pod is electrically tested with all plumbing pressure tested prior to leaving the manufacturing facility with production testing certificates.
The external surface of the pods can be left ready for the application of plaster board on-site or can be factory finished with plywood or plasterboard with insulation pre-installed.
